Later on, when this page becomes as long as the Amarr one, we will just point at this thread and whine about Tuxford not replying to get what we want. Remove speed penalty on hail, add falloff penalty? say... -30% falloff? That would match the extra loss of optimal the blaster T2 has 0.5 * 0.7 = 0.35 (or -65%) Im basicly saying yes by default to any penalty except speed. Although it's a dumb setup (and almost totally useless), the typhoon does actually have the highest possible DPS of all the battleships IIRC. Ive run some dps graphs and the mega has about 200-300 higher dps actually...typhoon is around 1000, mega around 1200-1300 depending on damage mods and ammo used. --- Eve Wiki \| Eve Tribune \| Eve Pirate
